Czechia Alumni works with organisations in Czechia and abroad that help international students and alumni stay connected with Czechia, their universities and local communities.

Our partners contribute activities, expertise, practical support and opportunities for alumni. The Czechia Alumni platform serves as a central place where alumni can discover relevant organisations and what they offer.

International alumni have first-hand experience of studying and living in Czechia. They form a valuable international community with strong personal, academic and professional connections to the country.

Who are our partners?

Czech higher education institutions help alumni maintain a relationship with their alma mater, develop their careers and stay informed about university activities and opportunities.

Working through Czechia Alumni helps universities:

• strengthen their international alumni networks;
• support career development of their graduates;
• increase the visibility of the university and its alumni and career centers.

Czech diplomatic missions, agencies, and associations abroad help us stay connected with alumni living outside Czechia, develop local networks and organise activities for Czechia Alumni communities around the world.

Their involvement also helps:

• build long-term relationships between Czechia and people who know the country through their own study experience and, therefore, support public diplomacy;
• increase awareness about their activities among international alumni.

Ministries, public bodies and regional development organisations contribute information and initiatives that can support international graduates who want to stay, work and build their lives in Czechia.

Their involvement can also:

• support the integration of international alumni and their transition from study to the labour market;
• increase economic position of Czechia thanks to the support of international talent and its retention in Czechia.

Integration and expat centres provide practical support for international students and graduates living in Czechia. They can help alumni navigate everyday life, understand local services and become more involved in their city or region.

By cooperating with Czechia Alumni, these centres:

• increase awareness about their services among international student and alumni community;
• support adaptation, integration, and involvement of international alumni in the region.
